Nestled on the vibrant Alexandria-Cairo Desert Road, Bliss Gate spans a sprawling 91,000 m²,  it's home to 702 unique residences, from cozy studios to elegant three-bedroom duplexes. Soho Studio has been entrusted with a transformative vision—revamping the exteriors and breathing new life into the masterplan. Including cycling tracks winding through lush greenery, playful kids' areas, and invigorating outdoor gyms. This revitalization is not just about aesthetics; it's about elevating the community and positioning Bliss Gate as a premier destination in a bustling commercial hotspot.

Plot 77, strategically positioned on 90 Road in New Cairo, lies at the heart of the city's premier business and financial district. To rejuvenate the building's exterior without disrupting operations, Soho Studio envisioned a sleek mesh façade. This design not only minimizes construction impact but also acts as a sunbreaker for the south-facing structure. The result is a striking landmark that distinguishes itself within the bustling 90 Road corridor.

In the heart of Cairo, close to the international airport, stands a 20,000 m² testament to the fusion of tradition and innovation. This educational haven, designed to nurture the minds of 2,860 students, brings together the best of British and American curricula, carefully tailored to meet the highest standards. Crafted with local materials and in harmony with regional regulations, this project is a symbol of contexted design, brought to life in just a year, embodying the spirit of progress and community.

Emerging within the largest commercial district in the Middle East, the Golden Gate Business Park envisions a seamless blend of business and leisure. Elevated office spaces crown the buildings, while the ground level invites relaxation and connection, offering open areas adorned with shops and cafés. Here, both occupants and visitors unwind in serene, stress-free surroundings. The design is a harmonious fusion of nature and architecture, with lush landscaping and thoughtfully integrated shops creating a naturally cohesive environment—an oasis where work and life beautifully intertwine.

This project, part of District 5 by Marakez a leading mixed-used developer in Egypt, was to redesign the prototype parcel. The redesign included a 5 bedroom house in which the living rooms can be closed and changed into a bedroom each, all the rooms are en-suite, with big spacious open areas that are designed with flexibility. A modern design embodying the environment within by using local materials as showcased with the exterior stones.

Sylnder, a dynamic startup in Egypt with over $10 million in seed funding, is poised to become the nation’s leading used car retailer. Soho Studio was tasked with designing their first showroom in Cairo, crafted for a fast-paced, grab-and-go shopping experience. The showroom allows buyers to drive off with their new car as soon as a deal is made, enhanced by custom lighting that showcases each vehicle as a true work of art.

The design for Redcon Space Headquarters links two sections of a building together creating a blended mixture of odds. Office spaces overlook the factory while the exterior is built from raw materials exhibiting the rough design of a construction environment. Designed for one of the top construction companies in Egypt, it included complete space planning and assessment to ensure full functionality of the process flow.

Amid the mesmerizing desert landscape, this project for one of Egypt’s premier mixed-use developers, emerges like a hidden sanctuary. Inspired by the concept of sheltered caravans, the design seamlessly integrates metallic screens that harmonize with the surrounding environment, embodying the essence of the desert. By incorporating local materials, natural hues, and native plants, the result is an architectural oasis—an elegant refuge where serenity reigns, shielding its interior from the harsh elements of the desert, a tranquil haven amidst the vast wilderness.

A park created in one of the oldest and known areas in Heliopolis as an added enhancement to the area and its people. The design consists of a park and mall built within pedestrian friendly pathways made for cycling & walking while enjoying food trucks, it creates a beautiful scenery full of green spaces in addition to a children playground and a variety of shops engaging those visiting the park in a safe wonderland of activities and memories.
